Cookie Policy

Last updated June 11, 2026

A cookie is a small text file the browser stores so a site can remember things between visits. This page lists every cookie Mylancy sets — there are seven, and only two of them are about marketing.

How consent works

On your first visit to the marketing site you see a banner asking how you want to handle cookies. Essential cookies do not need consent — signing in, staying signed in and keeping your session safe simply cannot work without them. The marketing cookies (_fbp and _fbc) are set only if you choose “Accept all”. If you decline, the Meta Pixel never loads.

The Pixel runs on the marketing site only. It is never loaded inside the app or the client portal.

Changing your mind

Use “Cookie settings” in the footer to reopen the choice at any time. You can also clear cookies in your browser, which resets everything — including your signed-in session.

What Meta receives

If you accept marketing cookies, Meta receives the pages you visit on the marketing site and the identifiers above. What that means for your data is covered in our Privacy Policy.
